Got acceptance into Project Management - Sept'2015 intake

Guys,

I got admit into Project management course for sept 2015 intake. It is 8 months + 4 months( co-op). I found this info on the acceptance letter : Conditions of acceptance specified as clearly as possible: Proof of Study Permit Authorization.. What does this mean ? Any pointers about what and how to proceed to next stage. Appreciate your response.

Now gather all the supporting document as required by cic website, lodge application at nearest VAC center or online . and wait for visa

Yeah.. i should apply..

I also have my profile in the express entry pool. What if i apply for a student visa now and then when my profile gets picked up from the pool, is it ok to apply again for work permit visa. ?
