Got a IT job in BC but shall work from Nova Scotia

Hi-
As a recent IT grad from a Canadian Uni, I got a remote job in BC but shall work from Nova Scotia. Already received PGWP. Things are happening too fast. Could anyone respond to the following:

- Am I eligible to apply for PNP of BC or NS?
- How should I start the process?
- What are the major steps in terms of process flow?

Really appreciate any help!!

also do I need to be physically in BC for PNP purpose? Or can I be in NS and do my job from there before I get it?
