Got 24 Hour Driving Prohibition

Hi,

I know i made stupid decision to drive after having few beers and blew 0.52.

Office gave me 24 Hour driving prohibition. This is not a criminal charge but its like traffic violation so will appear on my driving record.

i am applying for PR. Please help me- if this is going to effect my PR application?

I believe you'll be fine since you blew below 0.08. However I'm not 100% certain.

Anything 0.08 or above would have certainly impacted PR and your ability to remain in Canada.

Think he blew 0.52. Lucky he didn't die of alcohol poisoning if that is the case.
