Hi Again,

I have a couple of questions regarding Goods to Follow list:

1. How do you impute value to your flat?
2. Should I be declaring my property value so that later when I sell it, I can show the monies as Tax free?
3. Shall I get my jewellery valued now.... I may be travelling in another 1 month?

Thanks in Advance

Money is not goods. You do not have to get the valuation of your immovable property.

Only goods that you intend to bring into Canada, their value has to be computed, and approximate value is what is required. For jewellery, if it is a lot then you can get a valuation from an accredited jeweller.
