Hi,
I'm going to be doing my landing next month and was wondering if anyone here actually filled out the Goods to Follow forms. Is it worth doing? Currently, I have most of my stuff in a storage until back in my home country. I just brought 2 suitcases worth of things when I first got to Canada 2 years ago since I'm staying in furnished apartment. Now that I got my PR, I'm seriously considering moving everything up here because I'm tired of paying for storage.
Anyone fill out the forms?

Yes, you need to fill out the forms & present them on landing. Otherwise you may be required to pay import duty when you decide to bring in your goods.

If you eventually decide not to bring them, no harm done.

One more question on this form, can you attach an extra page with additional items listed or do you need to fill out a new form once you run out of blank fields? Thanks!

Dear

The first post by Qorax In the thread "Form B4 (goods to follow/accompanying list): how to ???" explains it all.
Its in the federal skilled workers portion.

Take 2 B4 forms (Form BSF186): use 1 for "goods accompanying", and the other for "goods to follow".

The conveyences column is for those who are importing vehicles, bikes, boats etc
Check mark "Settler" (tariff item 9807)
If your list is big, then continue on Form BSF186A. (then you can check mark this box on the first form BSF186 - additional list of goods).

When finished, make a duplicate copy (one will be kept by the CBSA, the other will be stamped and given to you).

Best of Luck...

Many people, including myself, used & presented a spreadsheet attached to the B4/4a forms.

Very good to know!

However, I am still a bit confused... Does the list affect things I will have shipped to me? I think I'd send many things via normal mail, later on. Do I need to fill out the form for such items, too? (And if so... how do they I declared them when checking my mail?)

If they are your personal belongings that you already owned at the time you landed, yes.

If you mean items you purchase elsewhere and ship to Canada *after* landing, no.

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks a lot, Lammawitch.
