Just a quick question for a friend.
His wife got denied a work permit for no LMIA #. In my previous post a few months back I had mentioned our work place got denied a new LMIA.
They want to restore her status to visitor, but I'm not sure they know how. They are filling out spousal sponsorship forms, but is that what needs to be done to restore status? Or is there another piece to the pie that they are missing? The refusal letter says she has until July 10th to restore her status, can you help me out so I can help them out?
