Going for studies in Europe - Is it okay to apply to Canada now?

Hi all,

I am planning to go to Europe for studies in August. I have completed an EE and have 438 points now. I assume I will receive an ITA soon.

But as the process takes about 6 months, I won't be in my own country if/when I receive updates for my ITA submission.

Is this an issue? Also, does canada look at me going for studies to Europe as a reason to not grant me a PR?

P.S. My long term plan is to move to canada after the studies in Europe. (Masters 2 years)

That's fine but if you submit your eAPR before you go to Europe then update IRCC with your new address.
