Going for IELTS score re-evaulation. Worth it?

Took the IELTS exam for the second time, all my bands increased except Speaking. I knew I did very well this time but the speaking score didn't change. Should I go for score re-evaluation?

Problem is im not getting enough points, right now i have 439. I need atleast 445 or more to get into the pool.

Btw, my WES application is still pending, that is my only hope. If the results from WES came back as canadian 3 year degree, my points can go upto 450+.

EDIT: I just calculated. If my speaking went to 7.0, then my CRS score will go to 469 (without WES)

I was talking from a study visa requirement point of view.. I’m not sure about PR requirement..
