I could keep going through threads and threads and won't be able to go to sleep just like last night :(

I think I have passed my last hurdle (barring possible incompetence of the VO). I have one of the red flag medical conditions and just got a specialist report today saying that I don't need any treatment at this time.

Going to do the Medical in week :)

At least you're making use of other/older threads. I like it! :)

Great! :) There's really awesome parts to the forum....sharing experiences so that others dont make the same mistake, tracking progress, and of course helping each other. And this only a few of the many fantastic benefits. Keep reading and contributing!

@iam_toby, awesome collection of information you have collected there on your website, thanks!

Also, anyone know what is happening with the MR date? Some people who got AOR in april received MR already while people like CEC2013 is still waiting for it :(

Hi i'm i had medical condition as well. I was taking antidepressant pill and had Cesarean section when I gave birth. My medical done on October 21, 2013 and I informed the panel physician about my medical condition and he noted it on my medical report and that makes me worried that it may cause delay or refusal of my CEC application and until now there is no update on my ecas. My apllication is still in process. I don't know what is going on with my medical. I hope they will soon received it.

Based on my calculations...and this my own personal estimate...its taking around 250 to 280 days after AOR for MR. I'm still not beyond that average. I'm sitting in around 245 I believe. But, its frustrating for sure.

As for the reason: PAFSO strike, backlog, other regional processing center closures and so forth. More than one variable. Its nothing we can control.

Plus side, I should be getting my GCMS soon, so I will keep you guys posted. Dont expect too much this time around, but for FEB applicants, DEC should be the month for MRs. Just an observation.

Also forgot....was gettind ahead of myself. 2013 apps that have gotten MRs, like some MAR and APR, were piloted for elibility assessment through CIO. At the same time, I cant overlook the fact that my application is more complicated. But, they could have at least looked at it and made notes...regardless of whatever the decision is.

There's also the influence of some of those being in desirable NOCs and locations. Could be any number of factors really.

Hmmm 10 months apart from AOR to MR you say? I'd better delay taking the medical.. Got my AOR mid-august. Wouldn't want to take the medical again in the case that they're taking forever to process the applications.
