my husband is a US citizen, im a Canadian citizen, no criminal record, no previous marriages, no children,
the one thing is we have a short courtship, we moved in together 7 months after meeting, married a month later and sent in our application 5 months after married.
oh and he has a heart murmur, but hasn't had problems since surgery at five.
someone mentioned getting their file transferred back to Ottawa and just wondering if anyone has any experience with this, as there is no notes in the case except under reason for transfer it says eligibility? TIA
