i have one more query, if you can ans the same. is it possible to change the Visa office from NDVO to Singapore once i receive my PER

You can post all your queries there

After you receive your PER your file will be transfered to your requested vo, NDVO in your case I assume.

Normally NDVO will not entertain your request for visa office change and reject it outright.

However under exceptional circumstances you may request for a VO change to NDVO and wait for their reply. The decision will be made at their discretion.
