Please check this new system. May be it can help all of us.

It's not too much different from an LMIA. The employer still has to pay a fee and there's a lot of paperwork they have to submit to be approved. They also have to create a labour market benefits plan. Most employers probably won't be willing to go through the process.

Do you already have a full time job offer in Canada? If you want to use this program, you first have to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time job.
