Given Name (first name)

In question 5 in Table it's says Given Name (First Name), should i also put my middle name?

In other sections always says Given Name's (so there i put middle name) but this one particularly saying first name.

Did you guys put there also your middle name?

Hi.

You need to put same as in ypur travell document. Last name = surname. Given name = First name Middle Name. Make sure you put names in same order. Name should be same on all documents.

I need help..

My passport has 4 names : Last name + first name + 2 middle names

i could have sworn that i used the four (4) names when i initially opened my profile, the home page shows my 4 names but when i got my ITA, i saw just three (3) names and i cannot edit it and i do not know what to do... i opted yes for the question "Has this person ever used any other name? " but now i am required to submit legal documents of change of name ..... i am not changing my name, i have always had four name ..... what can i do because i cant provide any other legal documents except my birth cert..

I have a question regarding the Express Entry personal details section. Under Relative information, Firstname and Lastname are mandatory but my parents do not have a surname in their passport. What should I put in the Lastname field?.

1. As per the instructions, they put there name in the last name field and leave the given name blank.
