She has planning to request my mother for visit her even in a short period of time, may b it is about a month but since my mother is already 72 years old , She needs companion during her trip. Is it possible we can send her with someone?

While your mother might be granted a TRV to visit your sister, the companion may/may not be granted a TRV if the stated purpose of visit is to accompany your mother

Hi Bryanna, even her son to accompany her? Isn't allow?
He must demonstrate his strong ties to his home country + prove he has the finances to pay for his visit and airfare + he will visit for only 2-3 weeks (unlike the mom who might actually stay for several months).

And, instead of mentioning he is *accompanying* his mom who does not want to travel alone, he must state that he is visiting his sister/Family visit. An invitation letter from her inviting both him and the mother would certainly help
