The problem is that my girlfriend put on her visa that she is single because she figured it didn't matter and she thought I'd be using the website IENA to get a visa. which you dont have to have a commonlaw partner to apply for. All the allocated spots for that visa for 2019 have been taken, and that only leaves us with the option of applying for commonlaw partner. We have been living together for the past year in australia on a work abroad. so we meet the requirements. The only issue is that she put single on her visa application. Do you think I'll get declined because she put single?

It's a crap shoot. No one can tell you for sure what will happen, which is why you're not getting answers. Short answer is yes - it's certainly a problem that she stated she is single when she isn't. This is misrepresentation (i.e. lying in your application). Always a really bad idea to lie in immigration applications.
It's possible IRCC could allow you to apply for an open work permit as her common law partner provided you provide strong evidence you have been cohabitating for 12 months continuously. It's also possible they may deny based on the fact she said she was single in her original application. Finally, some small chance they may not like the fact that she misrepresented her status in her application cancel her study permit (I think this is probably extremely unlikely - but certainly not impossible). IRCC does not like misrepresentation - so regardless of what happens, it probably won't be a completely smooth ride.
