1) I'm in India and would be getting the money from my brother in Australia. Now since we need to get affidavits and other legal docs, what is a safer option?
1.1 My brother send money and gets an affidavit from Australia?
or
1.2 My brother sends money to Dad (in India) and I take money from Dad?
2) Choosing 1.2, do the Immigration Officer needs only my bank summary? Or do I need to also submit my dad's bank statements?
3) One I have a Gift deed, I don't need to worry about 6 months average balance. Is this statement correct?
