Hello Experts,

Details:
I need a few things cleared out. My friend is applying for PR and he has only 2 years of work experience. Single. He can show around 1.5 lakhs as his own money and the rest 5 lakhs he has to show as a gift from his family. His parents are from a different country but he is Indian by birth. His grandfather, Uncle and Aunts are Indians too.

Questions
1. Is it possible for him to get a gift deed from his Grandfather.
2. If not, can his Uncle and Aunt give him the required amount?
3. If that too is not possible, can his parents (who are citizens of a different country) be able to make a gift deed and give him? If yes then please guide me as to what the procedure is to get a gift deed from a different country. Should we pay taxes for that? Notarized in origin country or India.

4. If the Applicant is Indian and parents are not Indians, will this be a problem?

Any Information will be very helpful.
