Hi All

A small clarification required: How much GIC do we need to show if we are going for 2 years course

for GIC you dont have too show BUT you have to buy it.
GIC is Guaranteed Investment Certificate which we buy from scotia bank.

It will cost you $ 10,000 as it is fixed you cannot give more or less plus $ 100 is official charge.
So you have to show or pay $10,000

one more doubt I have is .. I am basically from India , working abroad as a deputee for 2 years . My assignment will finish by dec-jan

Can i apply for visa from this foreign country rather than going to India and apply
