GIC ScotiaBank Application Correction Request

I have submitted my GIC application 3 days back. Unfortunately, name in my Indian Bank account isn't same as in the passport. So I just made another account in HDFC bank.
1. Is it possible to send update GIC application request(my application is still under process) ?
2. Submitting another GIC account application from another email is possible ?
3. or do i need to contact by phone before sending request to update bank details or new request ?
