I recently created a GIC Account (Mention the account or the Certificate # or a customer service ID you may have.) I noticed my account name is different than what was provided in the document (i.e passport, National ID etc) it is incorrect and I am requesting to change to a correct name.

Name: Mention the correct Name and provide supporting evidence of ID etc
