How can I add GIC in Montreal from Nepal? Isn't there any bank of Nepal connected with Canada especially Montreal. Will my dream to study in Montreal from Nepal will go in vain? Just because of this GIC issues?Why don't Canadian government provide such study facility and programs like SDS for Nepalese students? Why is it always hard for Nepalese students to apply for Canada student Visa? Please provide me some information on this issue?
