GIC certificate not received

I have done a wire on 7th of this month. Still now GIC not received. Anyone else here facing a delay?

My profile: 10th 81%, 12th 75%, btech 78%.

I have completed my btech in 2011, since then i was helping my father in business. I am applying under spp. will i face a rejection?

Sorry, I cant tell your visa chances I am also applying for the first time. Actually nobody exactly tell you the visa chances.
Just pray for the best.
