Ghost updates on Tracker?

It shows last updated yesterday i.e. Jan 8, but nothing updated in the application, not even the webform enquiry

Is that a ghost update and is it something positive?

Hello, what had happened after wards? As I have experienced the same last week but no significant change on my tracker.

Got message on pr tracker as we sent you message on 8th April but no message ?
Can it be ghost or something I missed
