Ghost update/ system glitch today?

I’m not sure if you guys have the same problem, once you log into your account it shows Application updated/profile updated under Current status. But there is actually no change at all. Does it count as ghost update?

It could be that the IRCC people updated something on the profile, but not visible to you. Any update on profile is a sign that your application was touched.
