Here is the situation, my wife had to leave Canada while we were waiting for our BOWP to be approved, hence her entry visa expired. We've got our work permits approved with the same expiration date and now she has to come back, but it doesn't seem easy, and here is why:
1. Online application tool does not offer TRV for he situation, only a new Open Work Permit, while for a paper application I can find only 'Temporary Resident Visa - IMM 5256' which is for Visitor only. How does she apply then if it seems that there are no options?
2. We have a CEC PR application in process, can it be a problem? How can she proove her intentions no to stay that is so required for TRV?
3. As I'm in Canada and her proofs of support will have my canadian income only, won't it reduce her chances to proove her intentions not to stay?
