I currently do have my l driver license hear at British Columbia at canada and i would like to know if there is any way i could get time of my l driver license? I do not want to wait a 12 month period until i sit a road test with ICBC So that i can get an N License? I am 23 years old and i have lived in canada for the past three years and i am a university student. Thank you.
