Getting the professional License

Hi

My profession is falling under 2174 NOC code and i have applied to EOI for Saskatchewan, where it was mentioned to have the professional license. I try to find out how to get that license as i am staying outside canada, but not able to find out the ways. Anyone can help me to get the information on how to get this certification pertaining to 2174.
