Getting the CIMA certificates for WES

Hi guys,

I would kindly like to know the following two points please:

1. Is the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (which is what we get when we complete the operational level), considered a valid qualification for "two or more qualification" criteria (I have a Bachelor's degree. So was wondering the CIMA part qualification would be a valid one to consider)?
   
   
2. Also, if we are to request CIMA Global to send the certificates directly to WES, whom at CIMA should we reach out to? (An email or a contact information of whom to reach out to would be of great help)
