Ontario website says that you have to provide an original or court certified copy of the divorce decree or annulment from the country you were divorced in to remarry here, but what if the refugee has only a soft copy of the divorce certificate? and they can't obtain original or certified copy because the divorce happened in their home country ? I would appreciate if anyone can share their experience if they have to go through the same situation.
