I'm going to study in Manitoba for my next 4 years university Education. Undergraduate studies. How to get PR after my Studies?

You'll have to research the various immigration programs to see which ones you might qualify under. If you don't want to do this research yourself, you can always hire an immigration consultant or lawyer.
