Getting points for a Canadian Masters and foreign Masters

Hello,

I have two Masters one from a Canadian Institution (Computer Science) and the older one from my home country (Computer Engineering). I want to know that if I get a WES report for my home country Bachelor and Master (both in Computer Engineering), I will get extra points or not.

I googled and I found this link:
