Me: Landed last year as a PR through express entry. Have a decent job in IT sector in Toronto.

Fiance: We've known each other almost two years, used to work together. Lives in India. Works in a reputed company. Has a brother who is a PR and lives in Vancouver, BC.

I plan to marry her late this year.

I want to get her to Canada as soon as possible.

What are the options I have? I've thought of a few:
1. Her brother applies a visitor visa for her right now. We get married and she accompanies me after wedding on the visitor visa. I apply for Spousal Work Permit and Sponsorship immediately in Canada.
2. I apply for sponsorship after marriage and immediately apply for a Visitor Visa. We are going to have an addition to the family in December. I can sight that reason for her to join us in the celebration.

Are the above options workable?

Are there any other options through which she can join me immediately in Canada after marriage?

Well I suggest you do visitors visa than married her, that extend her visa and do inland spousal sponsorship plus an open work permit at the same times it takes 4 mon the for open work visa and 12 months for inland spousal sponsorship

She needs to apply for a TRV. If it's refused, then an outland PR app is the only option. If the TRV is approved, she can come to Canada and you can apply for PR inland.

I had a concern that her TRV would get cancelled once she gets name changed on her passport post marriage.

Can she travel on her existing TRV after marriage?

The easy solution is for her to just not change her name in her passport until after the process is done.
