hi it been 4 years me and my girlfriend are dating ... ive been going there every chance i have to pass time together and we are planning our future together and we wonder what are the step for her to be able to come here and live with me .
we where waiting for her to almost be done her medecin studies there in the next 5 month she will be done and have her meds degree .. we know for her to be able to practice here there a few things that need to be done .. but that not where our issue is
as i looked and saw thing i am kinda confuse on how we can live together legally and do all step correctly
at this point we dont know what to aply for or even what steps to start with
as i saw there is the common law facctor that could be possible but the way things are i dont even thin that possible cause we need to live together 1 year but the visiting visas are 6 month max and then have to be renewed . so camn someone help me here in the step that can be taking and fastest way for her to be able to move here live here and work here and study if needed to for her to be able to practice as a doctor here .
