Getting married while PR is suspended due to COVID19

Hi Guys,

I'm a PR of Canada and will get married soon. My fiancé already applied to entry express and got approved (according to GCMS). On her account it has not been confirmed yet probably due to COVID19.

I would like to know how I can accelerate her application by sponsoring her? What are the steps, documents... I need to provide to IRCC?
