Getting Married while holding Study Permit

Hello everyone. I have been holding a study permit since Sep.2019. Now, I wanna get married with my fiance who is in Iran right now.
Do you think I will have problem getting a visa for him if we get married in absence (in distance)? Because I dont think I can go back home due to COVID-19!
