Me and my fiance decided to get married. I am a Canadian PR and he is working in the US using H1B. He already has Canada travel visa, and he does not plan to stay in Canada after we get married because he has good job in the US. My question is, is he able to come to Canada to get married? Once he get married in Canada, will he be questioned by the border officer every time he flies to visit me?
Our first plan was to get married in the US because I have US travel visa. And then I read many post saying that I cannot use my US travel visa to get married (because I'll have intention of staying in the US), I may probably be denied of entry. So I am afraid the same situation happens in Canada.
