Getting Married on Work permit

Hi can someone help me out, I was on a big dilemma.
Right now am on my Post Graduation work permit till Sept 8, 2018. I came to India, and planning to get married net month.
At the time of applying for my work permit I applied as Single by the time I go back to Canada I will be married.Do I need to inform Canadian immigration before getting married?
And also am planning to take my wife along with me in March 2016, what kind of visa should I apply for her and how long does it take?

Can someone give me the detailed info.
