Getting married after getting student visa (my fiancee is having visitor Visa)

Hi All,

I'm getting married next month and I have already got my student visa. Also, my fiancee is having visitor Visa (Canada). Do I need to update my passport with fiancee details and inform the Canada immigration office about this?. Will it be a problem if she comes along with the same visa visitor Visa?

Kindly help me with the information.
