LIVE-IN CAREGIVER CANADA...Can anyone help me with the following inquiries?:
1.) Does anyone know what’s the requirements in processing “Exit Clearance” for live-in caregiver for Canada?
-What’s the new law or ordinance in Philippines regarding this? ( because I think there’s a new one just this year 2018)
2.) Does it need third party in applying?
-Who is the third party?
-Is it the agency in Canada who’s processing the paper?
-Does the third party need to apply at POEA or POLO?
Please do help me with this. I’m at the end of my application. I’m waiting for my work permit, and while waiting my agency in Canada wanted my agency here in the Philippines to process my “Exit Clearance”, because they know this usually takes long time to process here, and because of this new law that came in, there’s a misunderstanding on how it is done.
