Getting Eligible on July 10 2015.. Would I be Under 3/4 or 4/6 Rule?

Hi Folks,

I know it's a kinda Dumb question but I want to get Inputs from you guys about the eligibility. I would be Getting Eligible on July 10 2015.. Would I be Under 3/4 or 4/6 Rule?

The question is NOT stupid. It is strange that there is still no official information about the cut off date, nevertheless that we are approaching halfway of January already.

So, the Official Announcement would be like 6 or 7 months before??.

Also, there are rumors that this won't be in effect at all keeping the elections in mind.

There's no official statement as to when the bill becomes law. I have seen people say April, but the answer is we don't know.

It will be a common sense from them to give the people enough time to get to know the new guides, the new forms, new checklists ... and so on.

But there is also possibility that they could make the announcement in the last moment.

That mystery with that cut off date is getting really annoying .

The only thing we can tell for sure is that it will be this year.

I also think that there is relation between the cut off date and the elections... the elections are number one priority for them
