Getting an online degree and applying for "international graduates" in BC PNP

Hi there.
I've got a question about applying for international graduates section in the BC PNP program.

I was wondering If I could get an online degree / diploma from a public post secondary school/ college in canada that lasts more than 8 months (2 terms) and be accepted in this program? Because I can't go there to study in person and wanted to know if distance learning from an established institution counts or doesn't.

Any Information on this matter would be much appreciated

Diplomas and Certificates
If you have a diploma or certificate, it must be from a public post-secondary institution in Canada.
Diplomas and Certificates from private institutions are not eligible. Language training (an
ESL program, for example) does not qualify. Your education is not eligible if it is a distance education
learning program either from abroad or from within Canada.
