getting admission with low cgpa

I have a very low cgpa which is 2.75(55-59%)..
do I have any chance of getting accepted in any Canadian university or college for PG diploma? and I'm from Bangladesh. completed my bachelor degree in human resource management. if there's any chance, can anyone please suggest me some universities and colleges?
