Getting a PR Card after first entry? Please advise.

Hope this finds you well.

I need your advised on getting PR cards after first landing.

I work in Dubai and I have received my entry visas and planned to take landing in Vancouver. Since I am working in dubai and have taken annual leave in Nov for 26 calendar days, whereas the CIC website is says its 42 calendar days http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp

The urgent processing of PR cards is also mentioning 42days on the above link, Please advise how can I get my card as I cannot stay for 42 days in vancouver, if I dont get my PR card, I cannot re-enter canada without it.

Urgent processing is only available for PR card renewals. You will not be able to use this process since you are a new PR.

To re-enter Canada, someone in Canada will either have to send you your PR card once it's available or you will have to apply for a Travel Document from outside of Canada.
