Good day, please how can I easily get a job placement in canada.

You have to find an employer willing to give you a job and then they have to apply for an LMIA to make sure not other Canadian can do the job. This costs money and takes time so employers generally don't want to do it. What is your employment background and are you in a specialized field? So, there is generally NOT an easy way.
