Getting a class5 drivers license in Saskathewan

Hello, I am from Bangladesh, and here in my country, the situation is kind of complex. They usually take more than a year to provide the smart card driver's license, however, they provide a delivery slip that says I am a driving license holder. Using that I got my international driving permit which is a plastic card as well. Can I use that card to skip my 7 months learners period and attend the class5 exam within a short time?

Unlikely. They'll want the original license. An IDP is not a license on its own.
