get a temporary job as a tourist and applying for work permit

since my score for express entry is no more than 415 (i assumed i would get an LMIA ... which is very optimistic) ..
i'm starting to think of an alternative like getting to canada as a tourist arranging something with my futur employeur who's realy wiling and needs me there !
what are the options i have to get a temporary work permit or something like that ?

You would still need an LMIA.

To qualify to apply for a work permit, you need both a full time job offer from an employer and also an approved LMIA from your employer.
