Hi, I am creating an EE profile for immigration. I have a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and Masters in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. I have work experience as Geotechnical Engineer. My job responsibilities matches with 2131 Civil Engineer and also some part of 2144 Geological Engineers. It includes design of underground structures, preparing specification and reports (matches with 2131) and also conducting geotechnical surveys, settlement and slope calculations (matches with 2144). So which code should I use for Express Entry? Please help someone who has similar experience. Thanks in advance.

I applied under 2144.
if you look closely, 2144 includes Geotech but 2131 does not.
Nevertheless, it is always recommended to check outlined duties and responsibilities for each NOC and find out which one suits your current job the most, not your degree though.
