Generic Form - Urgent Question

Folks,

I sent out my CEC application on November 24 with Generic form that uploaded on site in August 2014 (I signed the form on November 19).
Recently, I have found that there is new form they uploaded around November 22.
Do you guys think it is going to be an issue? Will they return my application? Should I send them new form with a brief letter explaining the situation?

I would appreciate any ideas.

What changed in the forms? I used older forms for a few and I was approved. So unless something changes drastically, you are fine.

I was just comparing both forms, they eliminated the question "Office Requested". Rest of the questions are same.
