Generic Application form to Canada

Hi,

In case of generic application form to Canada, can I include my parents and sister. But my sister is working. Also, I read that if I don't include their names, I will not be able to sponsor them in the future. I am really confused. Even if I include them , what would be the dependent type as none of them matches

Why are you attempting to apply for ?
Visitor visa ? P&G ? Information is pending on that program? Bit confusing regarding your sister being mentioned
