Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone else has the same problems as my wife and I. It says the Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] has been updated since Feb. 2015. So, we wanted to download the more up-to-date version- but the link doesn't work on the site. It has been like this for the last few weeks. I have looked for a phone number to call but literally there are no phone numbers on the site.

Here is the link- try to click the form and see for yourself. We have tried with multiple computers- adobe is fully updated and all the other forms works except for this one.

If anyone happens to have the Generic Application Form that was updated, can you link it here? Thanks

it is working fine, make sure you have updated adobe reader, restart your computer
 
try another computer or browser.
 
Yup- problem solved. It wasn't adobe reader- it only opens in Internet Explorer- doesn't work with Chrome or Firefox for some reason.

Thanks all- dumb issue but I am sure there are others who will get the same issue.
 
Use a different browser. It won't load in Google Chrome but will with Internet Explorer. I had the same issue.
